Trading on "Instynct" (NQ)

Today was a bad day for me. Down about 15 pts and still in a trade.
Got into a meeting and could not get out. Glad its still sim. Started year good, but today started with a triangle which always eats my lunch, as I am trying to hold for larger targets. I need to refine my behavior when I see a triangle. Best to just stay out till a trend develops. On a different computer at a different place now, so I just have to let things ride overnight. Seriously thought about retirement today.

down 5 today myself. This week feels a little off. Next week you'll hit your stride again.

US markets, especially Nas wants to continue further to the upside. But look at euro 6E, crashing and burning as we speak.
