Trading on "Instynct" (NQ)

To those that continue to read this journal.... you won't see me get super wealthy anytime soon, but you will see measured progress and steady growth.

Do you hedge yourself in anyway against flash crash (quick >5% drops)? Have you considered how you'd react? I'm just curious because going long scares me to no end and I'm not sure what to do or if I really can do anything when it happens.

No I don't hedge my positions at all. I take very short term moves and trail my stop. In an up bias, you shouldn't be scared to go long. Just roll with it, identify a target area, and trail your stop until the target is reached.
 
Missed the initial 30 pt run up because I couldn't get an entry among the shallow pullbacks. So I grabbed a few scalps and reminded myself: "it's about making money, nothing else matters"

Hope you guys killed it today.
