Trading on "Instynct" (NQ)

Today was meeting...phone call........meeting.....walk in.......phone call....bla bla bla....

Tried to trade some, but just gave up and started playing "lets see what happens by the time I come back" Glad it was sim.

My mind is in the trading, but the money is in the real job.

at least for now. Tomorrow should be ok for trading.

After being down quite a bit by the first hour I took a short break and just sat at my desk. I've been here before and I know that the money I loan the market at some point will come back to my account plus interest...

Market is heading back up as it should while I'm typing this. But I'm done... not loaning the market anymore money lol.
