Best at 5am:D .. terrible as the day goes on.. 12pm to 1:30 especially to be avoided... Worth "fishing" after 1:30 for reversals.. BUT every now (minority of the time) something big happens and makes you think,, "I will never miss anything again" then get your head handed to you the next day trading chop.

A good trader trades what works most of the time and learns to do without the rest. Fear of missing out is the worst fear.
 
ES 1285 is key resistance with 1280.75 as a speed bump. if buyers cut through that and support it then we might see a swift short covering rally.
