Trading on "Instynct" (NQ)

-4 in commissions today. Broke a rule of not trading on Friday afternoon. Traded from home today and I guess the morning success and freedom got to my head. I could not get a good read on the afternoon and kept getting small stops. Know why? The correct read which I marked on my chart at the time was "choppy range" which means stay out. Have a good weekend all.

+1.5 today and zero for yesterday (no trades).
I'm going to take a break from posting my results for now as I work to trade larger size. Once I'm consistently trading 2 to 4 contracts I'll be posting my PnL again in terms of dollars net, not points. Trading fees is a big factor for single lot traders, and it's time to step up the game. $300- $500 per day should be attainable on 2 to 4 contracts. Another option is to trade ES, I might end up trading both. But for now the larger idea for me is to trade less frequently and look for more quality set ups and put on larger size instead of a bunch of single lot trades.
