Trading on "Instynct" (NQ)

First day back after taking a couple weeks off from trading to deal with some personal issues that were non-market related. I did not even look at a chart for at least a week and a half.
Kept it light today and just looking to profit some after my recent hiatus. Chart, time stamps, and trade details in the attachment.

I don't expect anyone to trade the way I do, its my very own personality that you see from my trades and everyone has a different persona. But I'm happy to show people how I personally trade and maybe someone might get some use out of it.

These charts take alot of time to create, especially typing out my thoughts for each trade. But if I have time, I will get more out.

I want to know what ES price action is doing. Is the bias up or down, is it trying to break support/resistance or will it hold, where is ES price in relation to its S/R lines.. all these factors influence how I enter if at all.

Open up the image on paint, click on "A" icon under tools for the text and put the text inside the trade window.
 
Break even today, Had some good entries in the morning but mismanaged them. Otherwise, today should've been 10+ pts. No chart today, just timestamps.
