i ended yesterday nicely green too, valiantly fought my way back from -20 handles red
my afternoon trading was some of the best i've ever done or seen Couldn't trade this morn but i'm here now for all afternoon.

Is there a way for you to find a quicker exit next time rather than to hold it for minus 20? You've got some nice scalps but these runaway trades are killing your profits.
Not to mention, there will be a day when these trades that run away from you may never come back, wiping out a whole week or months profit.
