Trading on "Instynct" (NQ)

A couple years back and today would've been one of those days where I would incur a big loss. The level of fustration I felt in the early morning brings back memories of the earlier days of my trading. But through experience and having gone through these episodes more times than I care to remember, you get better at dealing with them. It still took away some of my confidence, which is why I was not aggressive enough at buying 2314's when we re-traced from the high of 2321.75

Confidence is everything in this game.
 
Instynct, you are doing well. I notice that you are pretty disciplined about not overtrading. That is an area in which I need a great deal of improvement. Especially on range days. However, we trade differently and those days are probably great scalping days.

Then I would encourage you to put up a snapshot of your trades everyday. I guarantee you it will change your behavior. And if you want, I will discuss your trades and question you on some.
