As far as the setup though, what is the reasoning for it? Why are you looking for a fade? Was the "I don't wanna hold a position during lunch" statement correct? Similar to sell-offs occurring at the end of the day?
I've taken plenty of lunchtime trades before, just never actually thought of it in that way. Makes sense though.
Lunch time means lower volume which usually translates into price stalling or being faded. Traders will anticipate this and get in early, thats why my window of opportunity is 840 to 910, after that the setup expires. That doesn't mean price can't go lower (in the case of up trend), but the play itself is done.
As far as your statement in quotes, if I was holding a long position with the trend, then yes I will look to close it as we approach lunch. But I don't do a whole lot of swing trades, scalping is my bread and butter... and it will always be.

yea I have to do a better job at taking my profits. I can do a fairly good job in getting into a profitable trade but my problem is I get to greedy and want every last tick of profit. And we both know the market does not always go as far in one direction as we think it should (targets). Anyway congrats on the last couple of days and keep it up.
