Sorry didn't see your post earlier.. 36/3 = 12 losing trades.. Shorted the ruup 6 times.. Got up on the short side of the bed.. Still trying to tighten the loose screw up there in my head..
The Dog ate my report .. guess it resembled Dog food. Instynct will probably toss me off the Journal if he sees it.
Not sure if I do better on chop vs trend, but today the market was handing it out if you could read it. As long as I stay focused and disciplined I don't really favor any particular market, with the exception of those days where price gaps up and grinds in a narrow range for the rest of the day.
As far as posting your end of day results, its really for your benefit. I know it has benefited me in the past to commit to posting live trades and end of day results. If you only post on good days then theres no point. Because the whole point of posting your results is to add some accountability to your trading.

You mentioned chop, depends on your time frame. the 5 min chart was very directional today strait down from open + 30min till noonish then strait up. within each of those 5 min bars it got choppy i'll give you that but once the noise is smoothed..strait sailing
Well I posted my end of day result.. just didn't bother with the blotter.. not too different from yours really... Trust me I am as good a pressure on myself to trade better..
Overall though I hope there is more trading related discussion to improve one another... as it is I do wonder the point of posting.. Almost seems we are guarding secrets or something.. Unfortunately most of the issues we have can only be fixed by the trader.
I will try something for a couple of days that MAY help me and who know who else.. I will post my technical bias live... If you see trades on my eod contrary to any of these ask me why? Now THAT "could" be useful.
