Quote from crimony:
What is the old maxim about consecutive down days? Isn't it if there are 8 consecutive down days, the 9th day will most likely be a strong up day? Thanks.
Quote from Quah:
I promise you, what I said works every single time - 100%.
Hello,
There are no absolutes when it comes to technical analysis regarding price action, and nothing is ever 100%. Were your data to be correct in all markets 9999 out of 1000, you'd still be lacking. Without doing an analysis of historical data to validate my belief, I'm still in disbelief concerning your statement.
Since you have made the claim, the burden of proof is upon you. The question is, can you and will you produce the results to substantiate said claim?
Good Day 2 U!

Quote from Quah:
Yes. If on the 9th day, the close is higher than the open, then the 9th day will be an up day.
If on the 9th day the close is lower than the open, the 9th day will always be a down day.
