Trading Journal On "Emerging Market" (That's What People Call It)

I couldn't find some of the names, specifically, - their balance sheets (quick search),
while those that i did found, didn't fit my standards, but, none the less, your performance is really nice, comparing with the global markets overall.

Well done.

On the other hand, they had a nice run, for the last few years and surprisingly, so far, hold well comparing to SnP.

Hi Nobert,

Thank you and hope you do well too. I started really bad (2020-2021). I wasn't really satisfied with what I was doing in the early years that I started.

"Don't confuse brains with a bull market," somewhere I heard that line. I think I'm just in an up market so I'm doing well. So, I'm just being lucky so far. What I have done cannot be said to be statistically solid. Hopefully I can bring luck (law of large numbers) as far as possible.

Yes, global equity markets have been under pressure this year, but mine hasn't. More or less I also follow the US market and other countries, and hope that one day I can trade in a wider market, competing with professionals industry.

Do you make decisions based on financial statement data? Searching for values?

You can do it with yahoo finance data. You can add .JK at the end of the tickers (example: ETWA.JK). Be careful, because there may be incompatibilities. Or you can download their financial statements in: https://www.idx.co.id/en. But frankly, I don't trade with financial statetement (balance sheet, profit/loss, cash flow), only price and volume to make signals.

I saw your posts. Love your work. I just do it as a hobby, but haven't made it in a while. I love traditional art: printmaking, carving.. just an amateur. Here are some of my work:

Thanks, now im thinking is there some correlation in hobbies like that and swing trading.

Yes, for a year or more i look only at numbers/valuations, before i take the position.

Those are some nice pieces of handwork & your English is more than okay. It isn't native for me either so no worries.

I will keep in mind those tips about .JK
I think the best thing about your approach, is that you can jump into US markets any time you wish. (if your broker provides the access)

Will keep an eye on this journal.

I have exited my position in ETWA. Yes, closed with a loss bad liquidity.

As for the recent fall in PANS stock, it has had an effect on my portfolio. It is my biggest position. After moving with low volatility, it starts to increase again.

The beginning of the year, I'm still red.
