First I note that the 50-day MA of the Dow stands at 9875 while the 200-day MA stands at 9822. The two are now only 53 points apart (both are declining), but the 50-day MA is coming down fast. We'll surely get a bearish crossing next week with the 50-day MA breaking below the 200-day MA, thus putting the Dow in the bearish configuration for the first time in months.

WCOM - As far as WorldCom is concerned, can this story get any more sordid? How can you hide $3.8 billion in expenses? Their accountant is either smoking something or on the take. Then Bernie Ebbers borrows $370 million from the company, he has no way in the world of paying it back -- but WorldCom includes the loan it made to Bernie as part of the company's assets. I submitting my resume.

You can't submit a resume to WCOM. You make money
and they don't want that. They want to lose and give money away. Your trading may turn the company around.
