Trading Job Question

I have been offered a trading position with Accent, can anyone tell me about the company. Does anyone know about the training programs that they offer. I am new at this game, so any help would be appreciated.
 
It is not a job if you have to put a deposit down. It is just a leveraged retail account. Depending on the office, you may be trained by someone, but more often that not, you will not get anything useful. There is really no incentive for anyone to train you there. They make money off your commissions not your profit.

you are right, I did not spell the name right. However, any information would be great. Basically, you are going to trade your own money and not the companies money?
