Trading Japanese stock

I know that you can trade the futures of TOPX and N225. There are many ADR's, American Depository Receipts, for Japanese stocks here in the US. I think it depends on your country and its relations with Japan. I'm sure a local broker would know as well.

ADR is just for famous company.
Jasdaq and Mothers are the market for venture company.

Maybe I should call local broker...
