Trading is halted on GME for many retail brokers

Where have all those liquidity providing, efficient HFT market makers gone?
They were supposed to stabilize the markets and decrease volatility...

Market makers aren't HFT'ers. They will still be here trust me. They are just crying because they are not able to take our money anymore. LOL Apparently they will only make money when they win, very much like the casino house.
