Some monkeys get so used to looking at round bars that they see everything in straight lines.
The odd auld clink clank of a rusty old metal bar dragged along the horizontal verticals does wonders to get them out of their stuper.
Or, in good old layman's tongue, most people need a good auld kick up the ass to wake them up from the dream world they are living in, and then they might start to see that what they have in life is a direct result of the way they carry on and act, and that if they are not doing well, then they are more than likely not behaving in the best manner, and they must change how they behave before they will see any real changes in what they have.
The Circle of Life.
The Bible has, btw, most of what is required by all, but as most read it as a story book, which has been used by the feeble minded control freaks to do nothing more than control people for centuries, it's real value has disappeared into oblivion, but there are a few clever ones that have started to use it to make money, by labeling it as NEWLY DISCOVERED ANCIENT self-improvement techniques, whereas the details have, and will be, there for all who want to use them, till the end of time.
The majority of people are stupid and silly, and I do not mean this in a sarcastic way, but in a factual way, and it is because of no fault of their own, it has been handed down to them from ignorant parents who just found themselves in the same position - the Circle of Life will stay the same for all those who let it be so.
However, in order to benefit one must first understand that certain Laws are in operation - fail to observe the Laws and it will backfire on you as sure as the Sun will rise each and every day.
HERE IS THE REAL GOLDEN RULE
Therefore all things whatsoever ye would that men should do to you, do ye even so to them: for this is the law and the prophets.

Maybe I am a GurUilla after all

But now, after that ye have known God, or rather or known of God, how turn ye again to the weak and beggarly elements, whereunto ye desire again to be in bondage?
