i would like to trade cme and eurex futures.
data feed is IQfeed and execution is TT Xtrader api (found some issues with TT feed and think IQ is better although it travels back and forth)
1. where would be best to host a VPS ? chicago/frankfurt or in between (uk?)?
2. is VPS a good option or better be dedicated?
would be happy to learn more if you have any better ideas
