Also consider trading time here( both malasia and thailand),
it starts from around 8:30PM to 3:00AM. It sucks.
I am planing to get into forex in the near future, as it
better serves my time to trade from late morning to early
evening, and also i have flexability for my trading time.
Frankly, i have to tell you, it is very difficult to be a desciplined
person in thailand, especially if you want to trade at night time.

Malaysia sounds interesting, but Thailand just happens to be where my possible business interests are. This trip is an exploratory trip....just about 2 weeks. I can't stay longer since I need to be back here for other reasons.
If things go as hoped, I will still not be living in Thailand, just making somewhat frequent trips there. The 30 or so hours of flying is not all that appealing, but other than that, it seems like a good opportunity.
Will keep you guys posted on my experience in trying to get a trading set up going from there. Don't know if it is feasible to do on a part time basis, but I will get the facts.
I am figuring maybe 6-8 trips per year, each about 2 or 3 weeks. So that is a considerable time....enough certainly to trade if possible.
As far as Max moving there, I haven't heard anything about it. Maybe if his parents move, and set up another basement room for him over there But for all we know he is already there. Who knows where he is really? The man of mystery.
