it does not matter what we did yesterday only what we do today......start fresh every day
some how i am lucky i am still liquid to trade
80% of days i have lost in the asian session and still i try to correct that..

in stocks there is 6 hours in which to figure out the market for that day.
in forex you have much longer....that is an advantage.
of course this also means that it will move slower than bean sprout or a snail.
that is why it makes sense not to trade the asian session because there is always more opportunity in other sessions.
so why do i keep trading asian session?

there is a problem in understanding markets ...ignorance is bliss
if you understand markets.....you are sensitive to every reversal... which after ten 5 min bars reverses again..
this is called noise and understanding noise is one of challenges of trading....
