Trading Eurodollar options

Are these traded electronically?

Does the public go to the top of the order book as they do with equity options?

Are there any possible arbs, however rare?

Any best book, or source of information in this area with regard to trading these?

Know some guys arbing fed funds and libor against eurodollar, but in futures not options. Haven't spoken with them in a couple of months so I don't know how they are still doing, as of last they were doing pretty well.

Most of the options volume is still on the floor. Too hard to do a strangle, straddle, put/call spread on the screen without giving up mulitple edge.

retail does not go to the front of the queue, MM have first access. look on the merc site for details. problem with STIR options is that underlying doesn't move enough for the strikes given.
