Oh please, I was also born in the SU and I'm not that naive. I know plenty of others who very much understand the structures and rules on the "other side of the ex-iron curtain".
I do understand that someone growing up in California will have a different financial planning capability and trust level as coming from a stable background there is great trust in the establishment. None of the Americans here have seen their currency devaluated or government overthrown.
Wellcome, critics or haters!
I can not believe you were born in USSR, maybe as a child of diplomatics-foreign

Except very few from the high elite class, for the great up to twenty years ago, the reality was
- trading is speculation and unknown shame
- suisse bankers are G-ds like entities of honesty and so on.

In any event, your statement is wrong and you know that.
Simple question - which school you have studied in and what city?
My was N.53 in Odessa.
