CSE should break the mold, and trade through a regulated broker based in a place like the USA. Let go your $370,000 loss or whatever, start over.

They don't sit there are cry woo-woo and fight for money they will NEVER get back, for years on end. You guys were, as mentioned earlier, living on a whole ton of other money you never declared.

Our current account is with AMP futures, since 2011.
We had a wrong believe at first that we need big capital, in 2012.
Now we simply not have any capital (save few crumbles on account) and not peace and emotional stability with all the burden we are going through.
You counting gas money under the snow is really a joke respect what we are passing.

up to June 2013 - no first trade, they refused to make futures!
28 July - August 2013 started to trade, 30.000 $ profit
September 2013 - claimed, in tens of email, always late executions. Received refusing of electronic platform and surprise that for having DMA we now need "only" five million dollars.
18 September 2013 - we were wrong, held a position on the Fed.announcement, which we never do. However, at 1.58 pm we tried to put a sell for our wrong side position. By the time it was executed, the loss was 88.000$. We came to them and said that this is no way to work. Agreed on meeting with the whole team and advised that we will not trade for a couple of days. While we assume to be wrong to keep trade because been professional we should not be subjected to the boiling room created by account manager, but in any event, if our position was liquidated when we first called the loss would be an only 15.000$, which substructed from the gain made , would be quite acceptable 10% drawdown. You have to pay your mistakes, and the broker should never churning and stress trader, but in any case, I believe that I should be more strong and not let myself been influenced by a hysterical broker, even if a few months ago he would show as a friend.
22 September 2013 - 11 October 2013 - we continue to place the trades, the profit was 65.000$. UBS did not execute it.
8 October meeting - the whole profit, plus all late executions, where only about 3.000$ where refunded, we offered different solutions in order to have our loan restored, late executions refunded even if part of it. Ad to have four more years of undisturbed trading through one of their trading platforms. they are using TT!
All were refused. UBS choose to squeeze us.
The reasons are many why and how it can happen.
One of the reason is that you and others in USA, Australia, Canada, cannot imagine what going on with dishonest brokers around the world.
Because UBS and Credit Suisse, surrounded by their greedy local white collar criminals, believe to be above the low, believe that they can ruin us and most of all no one of them is a trader, maybe loss money, so they are all on one side.
And keep in mind - we already make an undertaking in the open court: all money form the victory over UBS, minus expenses, will go to the charities.
