Yes.... it is never ending until we learn our lessons. But we are all one and once some of us are a step ahead we can not really advance without those who are behind will join too. This is the hardest part and most rewarding - to not see any enemy and to recognize in those who chose to be our adversaries that they are actually looking for a help. Sometimes sword is the help too.

Yes, he need not earn to living - he is a wealthy old man, living in a big estate. He simply chooses to sell his conscience this time and was we ere explained later he is master in doing so, but normally his ex-client is going to jail and can not protest. This was probably the plan for us during the eviction (look on ridiculous penalty note the UBS's lawyer Marco put on the Court order). But because we called all authorities, Prime Monister., Commissioner of Police, then calls arrived and police stopped to be aggressive, clacking with handcrafts and started to do what they suppose to do, preserve peace. Still, when I said that I am not going to leave the house the officer on site sade very clearly - "I have the order to arrest you".
The chief of Western District of Police, who suppose to come and stop the eviction (because it is our legal right to oppose and they then has to apply for a new order for some us and to obtain the Order for eviction). The order for possession is a preventive order to prevent us from selling propriety and run away before the procedure will be completed, should we lose. The judge clearly said in his judgment " They (UBS) can take a possession if they wish). But once we provided a new appraisal, showing that the propriety value has increased, what was the reason for them to perform such a violence? Simple - only to harass us. They have no defence against our claims.
A few days later, when our friend called the attorneys office to protest prohibiting us even to collect what we need, the phone was answered by a very tough woman with the same last name as Police Officer, head of Western District of Police.

And Marco , back in 2016, after the first attempt to evict us, stayed me very clearly in the Supreme Court building, when I asked him:"Why you are rushing to get my house? You know we have nowhere to go and no money, Why don't you wait till all the hearing will finish? The house value is covering all expenses, eventually and you as lwayer is making good money?" the answer was "What do you won me to waite? that you will rise next Madoffin thee USA?"
The key is that UBS ignored our seven requests for production of documents. Those seven requests are made accordingly the Rule of the Supreme Court of the Bahamas.
yes, they are in a panic. The plan was that after eviction we would sign all the documents to release, give up in other words. Especially now when we are persecuting lawyers personally for malicious prosecuting. And I bevelieve someone here is reading too. Hope they can undesrtand - we will not give up, we will bring this story to the very end, the Court will dicide.
Despite their yelling(Banksters and attorneys gang), together with hysterical posters here - we never lose, with Credit Suisse until beginning of April, when we started to follow their advises (may my for our fortune are in emails) and with UBS, except one day, but the whole balance was very positive, and would be many times more should we had our orders executed in time. Those are docuemnts and our strong perofmance with UBS came after four years of studying and practise after Credit Suisse, for my husband with experince since 1993 on the markets and fore since 2008, five years before UBSA' show.

Agree, And this was exactly our feeling and later experience - even in Lugano, Switzerland, when we understand what type of investment they did to "protect " future of our kids, we asked them politely to step back, explaining that we have nothing to hide and will go behind them. The answer was - "Contact our legal department". I asked this account manager if his conscience is also in the legal department, once he was one to were coming to our home with gifts for kids etc.. But this was beginning, BNP Paribas and in Switzerland, we accomplished nothing for now. But once we will have time will proceed also there. This is the way they are doing "business" with their clients in order to persuade to park money in their "products" for not to say all links to the disappeared money of WWII finishing with recent scandals of genocide responsible and drug dealers.
And once there is this old stereotype that traders are losing, and since the trader's rights are really not defended out of USA and I believe UK now as well, so the banksters are playing folly dirty games with their customers.

Well,for starters i would trade with completely different broker to where my property deals were done.That assumption that they will be honest costs you a lot of problems.
I wish you sort out everything well and never,never give up.I like that,continue and find out about the trades if they were real.
