Trading couple for 3 years are harassed by UBS Bahamas, your help will bring victory

Dear ET members, if anyone can help this hysterical duo, please, help them.
Their ignorance has no limits and their agitation is preventing them from any possibility to get to the reason and truth.
For all those who are not familiar with Commonwealth system - winning in the Privy Council, UK, means they will direct your case back in your country of origin, which means all decisions, indicated by the Privy Council, have to be reviewed or something has to be done, as in our case. (exceptions are for the cases of humans rights and general public interest, where PC may decide to make a new trial).
This was what happened to us but sadly, even if Supreme Court of the Bahamas and we, are fully fulfilled indications of the Privy Council and we were successful in obtaining Leave to Appeal, this did not stop UBS from making illegal eviction, which aggravates their already almost criminal position.

Real questions are welcome.

Also, please, suggest should I put the barking duo on ignore, if it disturbs anyone. For me it looks even funny, considering that all answers are in this thread and in our pleadings.
I know that most of the visitors of this thread are having their own DD, hopefully having time to go through our court documents and most of they/ you are moved by common feelings that we, individual traders must be respected by gorillas brokers or other sell side and help each other...

It looks like someone is willing to pay this bill? Not, for now, we must first get repossession. Thanks for the intention. And, please, know this was only one part of the hardship we were and still thrown in because of UBS's and CS conspiracy to injure us in order to prevent us from bringing the evidence to the courts.
 
AFTER the PRIVY COUNCIL sent you back for appeal the Supreme Court said:

You can go appeal to the Courts of Appeals
Request to stay the summary judgement DENIED
You gots to get the @#$% out of the house (see below)

If you think this is a victory then again....bad legal counsel...

Irina, you've stated that you won... so why did the court demand that you pay UBS' legal fees and court costs?

Look, you want help with this case? Go find a malpractice attorney. Here is some free legal advice. To generally prove malpractice you need to prove some basic points:
  • duty -- that the attorney owed you a duty to act properly (screwed up the hearing date and never filed adequate defense claims to stay the summary judgement)

  • breach -- that the attorney breached the duty: she was negligent, she made a mistake, or she did not do what she agreed to do (huge mistake in what I said above and advising you in incorrect filings of appeals that made you lose 2 years of time and led to accelerated foreclosure)
  • causation -- that this conduct hurt you financially, and (well you must be hurt even though you are professional traders with great market knowledge)
  • damages -- that you suffered financial losses as a result. ( i would say so).
But UBS has a legal victory over you in several instances from 2 -3 years ago. Your only defense is that UBS's default caused you to default and I have seen that argument work.....0%. So go after your lawyer and get a new lawyer to file an appeal in Court of Appeals.

You are representing yourself which is beyond stupid as well.
 
What confusion...
Guys (or maybe girls, who know, considering the level of hysteria and lack of gentlemen's courtesy those two are easily females), in any event, they did not like to sleep and be in shape for the am sessions. Well, it probably hardly matter to them, once both are losers.
We have a victory in the Privy Council and costs were not awarded, even if UBS tried to insist.
Some costs were awarded in the Court of Appeal, were sadly judge was biased and took an approach which has to be decided on the hearing of the full appeal.
We will obviously sue also the former lawyer - need time, and it is no way to recover. Consider, please, here just two of us and struggle, our adversaries are 60.000 employee's institution plus law firm with 26 attorneys plus all secretaries etc.

The question wich puzzling me is that the duo suppose to be traders but they are so blind to defend big institutions, perhaps they think to receive a kind of reward? Maybe some money under management in order to constantly lose it, as most of the institutional establishments doing until they are getting a wakeup call and coming to the CME's CTAs.Well, it is easy in our case - apparently, UBS and CS are paying up front to anyone who even thinking to defend us. Try it, if you are licensed attorney with a drop of practice in USA or UK, even in the different area, - just send them an email that you are considering to be our attorney and get your cash, check wire - your choice.
So far UBS had only two "victories"
1. the order for possession obtained by misleading the court
2. the refusal of the stay of execution based on hear said and lately by a single biased judge

The "arguments" being made appear pretty damn factual to me!!

More amazing (and impressive) is the time and effort that these "ignorant" posters have used up on YOUR situation. Time they will never get back! For that, perhaps you can can call them ignorant. But maybe that's a wash because they can spell!

I think the ignorant ones should set up a sleuthing business, Gummy Shoes PC, and list on Fiverr!
