Trading couple for 3 years are harassed by UBS Bahamas, your help will bring victory

I just changed the bold/italic print, since it's annoying..

I'm not a broker... you don't have to be a broker to understand how they make money...

The balances are totally un-important, since you only need the transaction volume/size to understand how much you will pay in fees. So if you can produce us your transactions during that time, we could actually see whether what they charged is more or less fair...
For instance... if you have 100k balance.... and you buy and sell 100k worth of ETF at $100 per trade/$200 roundtrip... and you do that 20 times a day... that's $4.000 in fees. If you do that each day, in a month (20 trading days) you will have paid $80k in fees.... whether you make money or not...
Probably with my language it was not clear - you can not be charged 100$ when you do not especially agree and sign to be a total idiot and willing to pay twenty times more, once industry standard is 5$

Is that fair... yes, it is.... is it according to the industry standard... yes, it is... does it matter if you start with 100k or 1mln... no, it doesn't.
no, it is not. The highest here is 150$/per trade (while in the USA it is around 5$/ per contract for retail clients, but once you are bigger client it will go done as well) and it would cost us 30.000$ circa, and if it was in the USA it would cost even less, around - 6,000$
All of us beforehand know the transaction fees... like this:
https://portal.ampclearing.com/account/commissionquote.aspx
https://www.interactivebrokers.com/en/index.php?f=1590&p=stocks

And when we start trading, we agree to this fee structure. There is no way that any brokerage firm will charge a flat fee for active trading accounts... that's the silliest idea I've heard in at least a week.
Yes, thank you and this is exactly the point - and this is not "Silliest idea", those were real charges hidden for two months! This was the robbery in 2009!
AMP is our broker now and we have never had any type of problem, even if not yet traded in volumes yet.
But it is not working this way with Swiss banksters. Plese, open your mind undesrtand - I am speacking about another planet, looking for the support from all of you in order to fight crime and harm to traders and traders to be who is out the USA and other regulated jurisdictions, beacsue we are all pioneers of this new way to be, opened to us thanks to Mr. Leo Melamed and his group at CME.
Good night!

You don't understand me... It's silly to think that a brokerage firm charges a flat fee instead of normal per trade transaction fees.... silly of you to think that. You're welcome..

Weird thread... I vote for weirdest thread of the year (so far)...

Correct - always different sons correcting me.Thank you, themickey for appreciating that each of them has individuality!
Enjoy this sunset and coming sunrise!

Two points here...

1.) By AMP, do you mean AMP Global Clearing in Chicago? I didn't think they were in the business of facilitating ETF trades. They are a futures and FOP broker, yeah?

2.) It would behoove you, from this point forward, to find someone with a proper grasp of English grammar to type what you wish to communicate. Just dictate what you wish to say to them and have THEM type it out. Nickel's worth of free advice there.

ETF was with Credit Suisse in 2009 and UBS in 2013. AMP Global Clearing in Chicago, yes, only futures and mostly simulator - for the last three years because of our account balance and stress. Mark Douglas in his book says that to enter a trade with 1000 contracts it is like walking over the Gand Canyon on a rope. Well, I am saying, that considering our situation, the burden of illegality, for us it is like walking on a rope with a 200 lb load on the back.

Sorry, I know my English is terrible - do you know Italian? Or somebody can translate it to you from Russian? Otherwais it has to be on weekend, becasue we have only one PC and during the week it is used for E-mini and in the night everyone with good English is sleeping.

Your mind is driving you out of reality - please, open it. It is like to be stuck on losing trade and now you are adding to losing position (in this case your wrong perception of our experience)

It is not weird thread, thank you for the year nomination in any way, but it has to be most horrible and has only one name - crime, robbery.
The thing is that people-investors are robbed on regular basis out of USA, Canada, Australia when they are parking money with Suisse banksters. But those investors almost always are silent becasue maybe the source of money is such that they prefer not go public or sometimes they are so wealthy that just preferring to pay, lose and forget. We know one family which lose five million dollars in some kind of dealing and did nothing.

And I am not speaking about regular brokerage firm - only about:
BNP Paribas(Switzerland), Credit Suisse(Switzerland and Bahamas), and UBS (Bahamas).
With first two in 2006-2009, we were not experts and paid all their horrible charges, with UBS it happened only ones- a transaction in June 2013 and then during two months, we fought for receive finally at the end of July 2013, flat fee.
We have all the documents and for this reason, the banks squeezing us - they know that once we will be heard in court they have no defense, not in law not in facts, they will just have to pay.
We decided that almost all will win we will win we are going to give it on charities, just paying our debts and keep a minimum to survive one year, during which we are sure our performance will start!

You would have better luck getting signatures at a bus stop or railway station.
You may be right and this is so surprising to me - I sincerely believed that "Trader help trader", like many amazing stories. For example, when Mr. Leo Melamed's friend, a trader, got broke and he gave him money to pay back membership at CME- it was a long time ago, much before Globex started, where he makes it available to all of us with no costs and the rest of financial world then followed.

I know someone who stopped paying their mortgage for a whole year and is still angry at the bank for foreclosing.
Hope I was able to explain - your assumption is not our case. We had money to pay all the interest, four more years, until loan expiration and to make our performance. It was UBS to always late execute our orders, not giving us electroin platform! It was UBS to refund only 3.000 out of 168.000. And once we were waiting for them to find the solution -they "found" it: first halted trading, second sequestred our money, third called the loan to be paid in full four years before it's expiration, fourth - run to the court, presenting fraudulent affidavit and getting an order against us. We moved cross-action which has not been heard. We apply to set aside the possession order and this already gets a positive judgment in Privy Council UK and waiting for the appeal to be heard.
