Well when people get caught in situations that are untenable, they do tend to get overly emotional. I get that.

1) Not quite, I just told you percent gain is the obvious tool of comparison.

If it were my terms it would be for several more time periods of comparison. 3 month, 6 month , best quarter, year etc .

2) I'm still comfortable with percent gain as the logical choice.

3) Hmm often in kung-fu what looks like a retreat is a trap.

4) Overwhelming odds , surely you jest!
