Trading career in Sydney

Got 1 year Assistant Trader's experience right after graduation of my Ba from Macquarie University in Sydney, I am covering the FX trading here.

Would like to go for a trading/investment company to learn more about this profession.

Does anyone here have any suggestion? Like what sort of the company provide good training for rookies like me?

Any info will be appreciated.

There are not that many opps in Sydney due to the small market and innate nepotism that exits here. When I came back from London to work at a big US house I couldnt believe that almost everyone I met came from the private school system. It seemed that unless you were in the private school club, were being posted back here from OS or were EXTREMELY bright you would struggle to find a position as a broker or trader.
