Trading can make you Nuts!!

After 8 years I am still trading, that is a miracle in itself. I have been challenged mentally more than any non-trader could ever imagine. I am so much less emotional than I was before about trading. I trade WAY less now than ever.

BUT... I still suffer from all the crazy stuff,,,, "should I day trade" "swing trade" "how about options" "what about ETFs?" and so forth...then there is the "woulda Shoulda Coulda"

anyway,,, only those here on this forum will relate to what I am talking about. Nobody in my life, except one friend who used to trade, gets it...

And to think.... you have traded during one of the easiest times in the market's history. :)

You need to develop a trading system/plan, then you won't go crazy as much.
