Trading buddy tools

I'm looking for some software that will let me share a live updated window, voice, and mouse movements among 5 other systems over the Internet.

I've looked at Netmeeting but the screens have to be cut and pasted to a whiteboard. Does anybody know of software to do this?

FYI: The program sharing feature of Netmeeting 3 - which is bundled with Windows 2000 - might do the trick. If you already have windows 2000 or greater and this feature works then there is no further cost.

Of course if you need a Unix solution this wont help .....
