IB offers both aussie and nikkei (n225 and topix) futures. For charting you can use a third party such as quotetracker or esignal to produce charts.

The symbol for N225 is JP:1804610

Just type the symbol in and click "Interactive charting". Then you can choose time frames and indicators. I don't know if it's real time or delayed for intraday, check it out and let us know..
