I had blood pressure ... i did following:
1-Donate 450ML blood every 56 days, you can. (easiest and best thing you can do, but you have to donate at least 3 times to feel really good).
2-Cut down on salt completely, if you can't buy a low sodium 30% salt, it taste exactly same you won't even notice.
3-Take small meal if you taking carbs like potato, and eat low calories like veg, sea food . If you eat heavy, your pressure jumps. It takes 20 minutes for your brain to receive signal that you have full, eat slow.
4- Reduce weight, for each 1Kg you lose, 1 point blood pressure decrease. don't eat before sleep or eat light enough so you don't starve in bed.
5- LASTLY, if you don't mind taking medicine ( i hate it, because mentally make me think i am old ) You can take "Cozaar" or other that doctor recommends for you to lower your Blood pressure.
