Being the dickhead that I am, I would like to share about my relationship.
I met my current girl friend who is OK with my trading, understands that I take risks, unstable income and heavy stress and all those shit. She runs a clothing retails, LOL
I am 26 and she is 24, she is thin and looks pretty (not super hot, but better than average). Felt pretty luck, otherwise I might have to sleep with some old disvoice women before I made it big.
Guys (and Gals), go for someone in business, self employ, they understands the risk assoicate with trading. I just told her to think of me doing retail business (which I am).

what do i do? i am an investor. what do i mean. i invest money in the stock market. (really, my daytrading is how i invest in the market, but she doesn't need to know details). yeah, that's how i pay the rent. then, i say to her, how about dinner tonight at the colonnade, and a show at (whatever is playing).
there is no point talking trading to a girl if she is not involved in it. the point is i make an income and i can afford to take her to a decent joint.

they understand the risk... buddy, keep dreaming - half the people trading dont understand the risk.
wait until she wants a house, new car and to start popping out babies... then you will see how well she understands risks and how accepting she is of an unstable income. takes balls to do it, takes more balls to trust your future to someone else doing it. the problem w/ 24 yo is that you dont undesrtand that people change as they age & responsibilities chaneg too. you will change too.

An apartment is coming my way soon, and a small car maybe with in 12 months. They are not immediate concerns, but a bigger apartment and a better car are.
We had an understanding that we are not going to have babies until we are mature enough, even in case of "no accident", I think I got 3 or 4 years at the most, then the needs bigger apartment and better car will come up, and then maybe, er, hell?
She has been working since age of 18 and has been self employ for the last 3 years, she is OK with me having an unstable income for "now", honestly I have no idea what will she become when a baby comes out. So far we work hard and spend very little. All I am trying to do is not to spoil her until then. I am pretty lucky that we are be fairly honest with each and she knows I want to live rather lean for the next 3 or 4 years.
Wish me luck. People might change, but both of being rather traditional chinese, let's hope the changes (she and I) come slower...
