I've bought and used some of their indicators and liked them. Later, I hired the proprietor, Joe, to develop something I had defined and was very happy with his professionalism and skill.
When Joe says that the software works, or that he's going to fix it, you can believe him.
When he says that he'll give you the promised refund if you don't like it, he'll do it.
But, if in his marketing spiel you are getting the message that the software itself is some kind of HG that makes money for you, disregard that... you still have to make all trading decisions.
Joe is a salesman like all others and an occasional exxageration here and there is not beyond him. He does have to eat
Just buy what you like and play with it for 2-3 weeks, and if it doesn't do it for you, return it and pay your 10% or whatever.
