I want to know that what is your experience of trading when you came back after a break of some months? Do you find it difficult to adjust or you simply get going smoothly.

You tend to feel rusty, but if it went well in the past you tend to catch up quickly after 1-2 weeks.

Take your time to work out the current structure of whatever your trading again.
You should have records and diaries of your previous tradings and charts, go through them all..

No one should be able to just pick up and get going smoothly after a few months off, because you would have to catch up on what has been going on in the market. Even then it might not be smooth again for a while, so trade lightly until you feel high probability trades.

7.5 days ? It is strange for me. It should be 7 or 8 days but what is this 0.5 days. Anyways you have your own estimation and I hope it keep working for you.
I trade full time, but i will not take more than 2 months off unless its bcuz of of serious health/family issues.
