Bloomberg.com reports that Wells Fargo (WFC 32.00, -0.64) Chairman Richard Kovacevich said he expects FOMC to cut the discount rate by 50 to 75 basis points.
Haha, yeah I mean might as well roll the dice. The mkts going to react the way it will react. No way to know that at all beforehand.
Setting bracket orders is about the only way to get involved after the fed that makes sense to me, of course thats a lot different than picking one direction prior and "seeing what happens".
