Why do you feel the need to interrogate me. Every person I know and their grandma is doing it. Why don't you interrogate them too. Just because I openly admit it while the milllions of other ineligible Canadians who applied but don't openly admit it, then you have no qualms with them? I already know I have to pay them back and I am ready for it. It's not like I am gonna flee to mexico or dispute it in court.So on the application your situation was true before hitting send? I've lost 25k+ from my owe money over 4 years and then the govt is offering some fund & declares that it will not penalize those who apply but simply make them pay back the money. Do you think anyone in my situation will not jump the gun.

I had sympathy for you a little but you're responsible for knowing your fees. If the fee wasn't posted in an obvious location it was likely given to you in a disclosure you signed without looking. You'll obviously say that you looked at everything because of course, so you can probably take it up with FINRA if you really care.
I think the relevant question to ask yourself is this:

I didn't reply on this thread for an entire week and left it far behind me. I went thru my errors, refined my trading plan, came up with a solid strategy and actually started to make new progress. Then my alerts come up and guess what? It's this turd again! Throwing a article he just dug up fresh off the news. Adding insult to injury. Talk about a pain in the neck!
