Hello, Anyone else get jacked around by TS this past Friday, July 28th? Their west coast servers were down and they wanted to charge me $20 per trade to move my stops (I was in five open positions). I have another Gain account (TS clears through Gain) and they took my orders no problem. I'm in the market for a new broker. Any suggestions? thx
 
If their servers are down and you are unable to enter/ammend order's on the platform, there should be NO desk fee to call in an order.

I have fought this and been credited on a future's order in the past.
