Does Tradestation offer real time tick charts on stocks and futures?Also,i notice that their commissions are now .01 a share for up to 500 shares and .006 a share for each share over 500.If you have an order to buy or sell 1000 shares and it gets executed 10 times in 100 share increments,how would you be billed?

Yes they have tick charts.
You would be billed as if it was one order if it fills in bits and pieces.
I have been with them for 2 years and am very happy.
