anyone else's tradestation very sticky this morning?

all the nymex data is stop and start

Yeah stocks very slow this morning, thought it was my internet connection but it must be their server

Every exchange is "sticky", WTF is up with TS today?
My CBOT Times and Sales just stopped.

I like the new Mexican music, better than The Vivaldi, I think I may add a litle tequila to my coffee while I wait for a TS rep!

don't log off. i just did and now it's giving me the error about needing to register my computer at their hotline.

this is the pc i use every day

Their support line says they know they are having issues and are working on it.

The same thing happened to me. I tried Logging off to fix the datafeed problem and now I cannot log back on.

I got message that I need to register my computer. This is strange since I did not change computer.

The hotline is cold, I been on hold forever.

The TS chatroom also shut down so we can't communicate with other users to find out what is happening.

Same here . CME Futures (Globex). I thought it was my satellite
