Tradestation keeps on freezing

Am I the only one having this problem?

Everything was running smoothly until US open...

now i get freezes that last 20-30 secs and then a quick update of prices...then a freeze again...

WHAT THE HELL IS GOING ON? And Why is this happening?
 
Throw it out the window, you must be on 8.3 and have insufficient system resources.

I am on 8.1 and had no issues today.
 
No problems today on TS but I hate it when that happens. When it happens and others do not experience it, first check your system to make sure you got nothing in there that would slow down high feeds of data and charting. I made sure to buy a desktop that was well past the processing and speed I would need just for days like this.

I'm on 8.3.

How do I get back on 8.1? If it's possible, will I lose my data and charts?
 
Go to the DOWNLOAD page and click, "Download 8.1", just follow the directions to migrate your workspaces over.

8.3 is TOTAL garbage until they solve the memory hog issues.
I am sorry, but you do not need 4 G of RAM TS morons
