TradeStation issues a $99.95 Credit for down time!

Send TradeStation an e mail, and let them know how much money you lost on Thursday July 3rd, 2008 after the NFP release.
Inform them you are pretty upset with their data outage and may be forced to switch brokers.

You may just get a $99.95 credit to put a band-aid on the problem!

I was hoping TS had to refund a few thousand customers as well, I guess nobody wants a FREE $99.95, I tried!

TS says that if you need the $100, you shouldn't be trading.

Moreover, the customer agreement provides for you to get squat and in fact warns about these types of occurences.
