I had wanted to try to use TradeStation. There model, is that there no free trial. So I had to fund the account. After trying the software, I did not like it. When I called to get my refund from funding the account, they were helpful and courteous and purposely told me they were not going to try to convince me to change my mind.

While it took 10 days for a refund, I had no problems and were told it would take that long.
