Tradestation froze again

I just posted this at Tradestation world....

Did any other vendors' quotes froze during this time?

8/4/2003 around 12:10 EST my charts/quotes froze when the volume picked up. This is happening everytime when the volume picks up suddenly. Now I know that this is not a random event. Your network has a problem. Do you know what's causing this problem? Are you guys working on a solution?

PS. I'm not trying to be hostile to the support staff. Actually,the support staff at TS is working very hard and well. But I think the decision makers at TS have made some wrong decisions. I'm trying to see if there are any corrective actions planned. If not, I'll take my business elswhere.

I have 3 Tradestation accounts.

One is running on cable modem, the other on DSL and one off the T1 in another location.

No problems today.

Other than Market Depth for the e-minis not working today.
Oh, and INCA ecn having problems, no freezing up over here.

I'm using latest build for TS7. Which versions are you running?

The problem might be server specific too.

Try switching to the closest server farm.

You only have two to choose from FL and Texas.
