Tradestation data lagging?

we have been experiencing a lagging in data re IB and esignal for almost a month now.
there is a range from 4-10 seconds in the IB quotes and esignals and approx 100-200 thousand shares difference from IB to esignal, IB being the lesser.
These are on liquid stocks.
esignal stated it was server updates and maintenance but also had the ability to change the problem to within a few seconds when pushed??
Could be esignal is getting ready to charge more for accurate real time data?
