Tradestation Data Fee Error

Check your tradestation daily statements.

I have a futures account with them, and made the 10 round trip to qualify for "free" radar screen and platform fees in October.

Still was deducted $59.95 and $99.95 on my November daily statement.

Called customer service yesterday, and was told it was a IT glitch that will be fixed. No specfic date for the fix was given.
 
I called also was told they are aware and received the email also. So far not corrected on todays statement. Just like every other financial institution, they make a mistake in their favor they get to it when they get to it, but if in your favor it'll be done right then. :p
 
Nice catch!

In September the NYMEX lowered the Exchange fees and TradeStation conveniently did not adjust them lower until October!
