tradestation compensation?

Just out of interest has anyone successfully got money out of Tradestation because a genuine fault in their service (specifically the automation side) has cost you money?

I would be grateful if anyone with any experience could post or PM me.

Usually the BD customer agreement disclaims any liability, the trader assumes all risk.

Haven't had direct compensation for trading losses. Have had fees waved because of various errors, and have had cash compensation for problems related to wire transfers. I would assume your out of luck if your looking for compensation arising from a trading error.
