I think you probably filled out the inital form wrong and/or misread the questions, just check no boxes.

By posting on ET other traders will benefit from your experience. There is no point reporting to SEC as firms can always interpret rules more strictly than the underlying regulation.Agree. I explained that I am not a professional and gave them my company name and my title. They said I was a professional. Just makes no sense to me.
