Traders who are looking for lower commissions

I am with a reputable prop firm. Basically I want lower commissions, but I don't do enough volume. I was wondering if there is a trader there who would like to sign up "under me" therefore as now 2 of us are doing volume we can get to a lower tier (both of us)
