Traders Arcade... Philly Area

I am looking for a trading arcade in the Philly/NE Philly area. This can either be a group splitting expenses, or a brokers office. I trade futures, and am not looking for a prop firm. Any help would be appreciated.

They have a huge office in Wayne, PA....that is pretty much empty...probably a dozen or so traders there now.
They'll probably let you set-up your entire group.
Negotiate well however.
